Cancellation Policy.

Perfect Picnic does not offer refunds but will reschedule your picnic or grant a credit with a sufficient notice.

• For parties of 2, 4, or 6 guests: no refunds. full credit up to 48 hours in advance along with a rescheduling option.

• If cancelled 24 hours-12 hours prior, we charge a 50% cancellation fee but will grant a rescheduling option.

• Same-day cancellations and no shows will not be issued a credit.

• For parties of 8-16 guests: no refunds. changes and cancellations made 1 week or more in advance will be issued a full credit;

• 7 days-2 days in advance, we charge a 50% cancellation fee but will grant a rescheduling option.

• Cancellations within 48 hours will not be issued a credit.

Bad Weather? Not to worry

Depending on mother nature, we may encounter some rainy days or perhaps heat advisories. We do offer the option to move locations or change dates due to weather. Our team will reach out to you to discuss your options if we believe the weather will effect your reservation.

There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to the weather.
